In this phase, we will work with the principal stakeholders to set clear course objectives and desired outcomes as well as solidify the understanding and requirements for each training program.
The result of the “architect” stage is a detailed and precise plan for the execution of the training program rollout, with completed course content, (handouts, etc.) and identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicator).
Our approach includes a combination of on-line, live and follow-up activities. Participants journey through an Experiential Training Plan (learning through reflection on doing).
Using online training and support tools participants will have access to supporting documentation for months after the training is complete.
