First, I would like to thank everyone who came out to the CBDC event on Friday, the 13th of March. Much of the world has changed since that day, and I wanted to send you a few things that may be able to help you get through the challenges we are facing. I have always tried to be the beacon to my family and friends and learned tips I could use to help myself and those close to me cope during stressful times.
