When these two are aligned, you feel focused, clear, and capable. When they’re not aligned, you experience resistance, stress, or inner conflict.

This lesson will help you understand what alignment feels like — and how to create it on purpose.

In this session, you’ll learn how your thoughts spark emotion, how emotion fuels action, and why alignment is the state where real transformation begins.

Open your workbook and work through these alignment-focused questions:

  • Think about a recent goal you had. Were your thoughts and emotions in sync or in conflict?
  • What emotion do you want to feel more often as you work toward your goals?
  • What thought would help generate that emotion?
  • What small shift could bring your thinking and your emotional state into better alignment?

Write down whatever comes up. Awareness is the first step toward alignment.
