In the last issue of Inspire we started to work toward your purpose. You were tracking your emotions and connecting them with thoughts and revealing your desires. Now that you have this, create a dream sheet. List all of your desires as far into the future as you can think.
Focus on outcomes – the “how to” will sort itself out. Carry your dream sheet with you everywhere you go and take at least five minutes each day to review it.
Example dream sheet:
My dreams are…
- To own my own business
- To go on a vacation to Mexico with my family
- To run a marathon
- Once you have it written down, your subconscious mind will start to attract the things you want into your life.
